“Jinx. J I N X. Ex-titan, current villain, and … Wally’s ex-girlfriend.” she glared fiercely, hands curling and uncurling. ”What is UP with your speech? Did you like, learned English from a pirate?”
“Wally’s ex-girlfriend?” Her red eyes widened. “Oh…I understand now. My speech is quite outdated I suppose. Is how your language is spoken from home when translated into Latin.”

“Oh.” She blinked. “Okay.” She smiled again. “Thank you.”
He was such a child for being eighteen, rarely did he act his age.
“that’s okay, Ms” he smiles sweetly before ducking into the kitchen deciding he’d try and make the Honey duck and Vegetable stir fry, he’d made it before and it was delicious, maybe she would like it too.
Sen smiled and floated towards the kitchen.
he’d gotten the pans and the oil, grabbing some duck that was hidden away in a cupboard and then the rest of the ingredients. “Thank you for letting me stay here” he said softly “it means a lot to me”
“Ah, no need to thank me!” She smiled. “Long ago someone did the same for me when I too had no home. I am happy to extend such kindness to all.”
“everyone here is so nice” he said softly, throwing some of the ingredients into the pot, getting another one for the rice.
She smiled. “As are you. I hope you enjoy your stay.”
